Who handles your data

Your data is handled by Mila Tomašević, Milkam Consultancy. For any privacy question, write to me at kontakt@milatomasevic.com.

What I collect

When you fill in the questionnaire: your name, date of birth, details about your space, your contact phone or email, anything you write in your answers, and details about the people you share the space with, including their dates of birth.

When you contact me by phone or email, or send a floor plan: the information you give me.

Why I use it

To prepare and carry out the analysis you asked for, and to contact you about it. I do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

People you share the space with

If you enter details about other people, please let them know first and include only what the analysis needs.

Where it is stored

Questionnaire answers are stored in a Google form, and correspondence in a Gmail account. Google provides these services, so your data may be stored and processed outside Serbia.

How long

I keep it for as long as the analysis and any further work require, or until you ask me to delete it, unless the law requires longer.

The website and cookies

This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is stored only in your browser. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which technically processes visits.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or receive a copy, and you can object to its use. Write to me at the address above. You also have the right to complain to Serbia's Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
